Seriously, they need to build it, and let it lose, to scare the crap out of small kids, and old ladies with lemon cakes and tea.

That is simply gorgeous.
I love how they don't even try to pretend with a rear window.

That looks the bees knees.
I think for the first time in a very long time Mercedes has the best design style over BMW and Audi.
Also are the doors gullwing or Ford GT style?

It's like someone crossed an Aston and a Morgan, then finished it in the design language of the Chunderbird.
Well, I'd say I might be being a little harsh with the Chunderbird comparison, but the alternative is even worse - Spyker:
Anyway, it's a rather unresolved design, but it has some promise. I just don't see the Mercedes badge on the front. Looks to me more like a Lincoln, perhaps.
Oh no, wait, I know what it looks like. A dead-ringer for the Isuzu Vehicross:
The Vehicross got fed up of having sand kicked in its face, so bought the Charles Atlas 7-day course...

Gullwings of course!

Looks awesome. Can't wait to drive it in GT6! Apparently it's got a 585bhp, 590lb/ft V8 Biturbo.

Oh, and of course they won't build it...

Also add some GT by Citroen with the nose.

Needs some different rims, otherwise perfect.

They were designed to look like they are an integrated part of the car, and not something that can be modified, it is part of car's flamboyance, like the missing rear window.

Pretty sure that not building it, is a crime against humanity.

Dat grill...
It looks like they're paying tribute to the old SL look with the huge star in the middle.

There is nothing on this car I don't like. I do not like that they're not making it though:(

And I have absolutely no problem with that.

While I understand the idea behind it, the main problem is that the wheels don't look sporty enough.

I like it a lot, but doesn't that center mounted stop light need to be on the other end of the car and not over the windshield?

Looks like they crossed a 2nd and 3rd gen Vette with current Ford face.

Looks cool, but it needs tires. Where are they again?

Not really, seeing as there was never even a slight chance of it from the beginning. That's why it looks how it does, with almost zero wheel clearance and no back window.

Camera connected to a small screen that replaces the inside rear view mirror.

I'd assumed as much, but that won't be legal everywhere would it?
Forget it, dude. It was never meant to be made. It's just meant to look awesome and be playable in Gran Turismo 6.
